The hotel’s location is a gem, just a hop from local favorites like Cafe Dominicos and La Hoja 21 for delightful bites. The Superior Twin Room even treated us to stunning views of the cathedral!

Exceptional valet service made our arrival easier.

Our experience was marred by an unbelievably poor parking situation. They claimed to have on-site parking, but it was actually located several blocks away, forcing us to walk uphill with our luggage. The absence of stopping space made arriving at the hotel a chaotic ordeal, which was incredibly frustrating.

I stayed for 5 nights in a Superior Single Room. The bed was super comfortable, and I really appreciated the quiet atmosphere for a good night's sleep. The tiny window didn't let in much light, but at least the view of the cathedral at night was pretty nice. I loved the minibar, and the toiletries were a nice touch compared to other hotels. The strong shower water pressure made mornings refreshing. Breakfast had plenty of options too, so no complaints there!

I had a delightful experience during my recent two-night stay at this lovely hotel. The historic charm was evident, and I enjoyed the spacious suite that included a cozy seating area and a well-appointed bedroom. The hotel is ideally situated, allowing easy access to the beautiful sights of Salamanca, all within walking distance. One area for improvement would be having a wider selection at the breakfast buffet.

My stay was nothing short of enchanting! I loved the historic ambiance of the beautifully renovated 15th-century palace, complete with modern luxury touches like the Nespresso machine in my room. The views of the fine nearby cathedral and unique Semana Santa processions from the outdoor terrace were amazing

My stay at Nh Collection Salamanca Palacio De Castellanos was delightful. The staff were exceptionally helpful, especially in finding parking for my electric car and providing local insights. The hotel's historic architecture and picturesque courtyard were a true joy to explore.
